American University College To be considered for the UC Master or PhD scholarships, in addition to submit a scholarship form, complete the application for entry must be made before or at the same time as the scholarship application is made. Students hoping to apply for the main round of university scholarships (closing in October) should have submitted their applications for admission no later than September 1, and preferably earlier. If the entry has not been approved by the date specified, scholarship applications will not be considered.
